Inspired by
connection
When you get into this life[style], the one area you learn to work on almost instantly is your ability to seek out, and connect with other people.
For some this will be via online channels, others it will be in person events, and others it may be through starting a new job, a course or program, joining a sporting group, or even just mingling with parents at school pickup.
“Every one of us needs to show how much we care for each other and, in the process, care for ourselves.”
— Princess Diana
My husband is a police veteran, and now sits within the RAAF branch of the Australian Defence Force.
Due to this, I have a deep apprecation for selfcare and wellness (AKA #TheSelfKindnessAdvocate). I also have an unhealthy addiction to fun earrings & a comfy pair of shoes.. both of which you will find in abundance in my wardrobe.
I’m in my happy place when there’s a coffee in my hand, there’s a caramel slice in front of me & the sun is out – but if I can’t have all of those things, I also love to wander + explore with our kids, avoid the washing, & can often be heard singing out of tune when wearing headphones.
